Co-founder of Technibook in 1998, Eddie specialises in strategic optimisation of entity structures, business coaching, and unlocking value through consulting. - Heinrich Meyer – Professional Accountant (SA) & Director
With over two decades of experience, Heinrich focuses on designing and implementing systems aligned with client needs, facilitating disciplined maturing for optimal results. - Helga Oosthuizen – System Integration and Optimisation rejoined Technibook to strengthen businesses through optimising and integrating financial systems, leveraging her diverse experience.
This diverse team ensures that Technibook Professional Accountants (SA) delivers comprehensive and tailored financial solutions to meet every client’s needs.
Elna Spangenberg – Virtual Accountant Specialist
Elna joined the Technibook team in 2022 as specializing in virtual accounting. She enjoys problem solving, is hardworking and ensures that her clients work is accurate and in time. Accurate finances matter and therefore she puts the client’s needs as a preferred priority. She can make a success of anything she puts her mind to. She loves the safe environment of Technibook, never feeling undervalued.

Eugene Rautenbach – Senior Accountant & IT Manager
B.Com Financial Accounting. Eugene joined the Technibook team in 2020 where he started off his career as an accountant. He enjoys working with numbers and formulas, especially if he can use it to solve problems. He places high value on communication within his team but equally so with the Technibook clients, ensuring everyone is always up to date. Not only is he an accountant but he excels in solving computer related problems with a vast knowledge base regarding computers and software.

Evodia Mokhoro – General Assistant
Evodia has been with Technibook since 1998, the very beginning. She is like the oil that keeps the Technibook machine running smoothly, ensuring everything is in its place, available, clean and ready to use.

Joseph Ngwenya – Maintenance Support
Joseph Ngwenya has been maintaining the Technibook premises for the past 11 years. Joseph is not only a gardener with an eye for detail and beautifying the environment but he is also outstanding in painting and doing building maintenance. He is always ensuring a tidy, peaceful and clean environment for staff and clients. He functions independently and is a solutionist.
Joseph often excels in the service of an in-house car valet service ensuring staff members to drive sparkling vehicles, a real pillar of strength when it comes to rearranging of offices!

Kristin Jacobs – Accounting Clerk
Kirstin joined the Technibook team on the 1st of July 2024 and is currently enrolled to complete her B.Com in Financial Accounting. She forms part of Tax Solutions and compiles Financial Statements. Her focus is on ensuring that financial data is represented accurately and applied consistently to adhere to relevant guidelines. Her attention to detail empowers her problem solving ability. She values the caring environment of Technibook and refers to the team as a family.

Melanie Griessel – Professional Accountant (SA)
B.Com Accounting. Melanie has been working in the accounting and finance industry since 2009. She originally completed her SAIPA articles working at Technibook and went on to work in the transport sector as Financial Manager. She also worked as an Accountant for an international company in the steelmaking industry. Currently she is assisting the Financial Hub department by reviewing clients’ accounting records to ensure data integrity and proper bookkeeping. Melanie enjoys making sure that bookkeeping is performed and maintained accurately throughout the financial year to avoid any unnecessary alterations and surprises at year end.

Palesa Tsotetsi – SARS Administration Specialist
National Diploma in Office Administration. Palesa started her career in administration in 2016 and joined the Technibook team in 2019. She is passionate about keeping the accounting systems up to date with the latest data and verifying data integrity. She holds high moral values and one of her key traits is being collaborative and team-orientated as she enjoys effective line communication and the commitment her team has towards ensuring on-time and accurate results for clients.
In 2021 Technibook (Pty) Ltd proudly awarded Palesa the certificate of appreciation for being a strategic executor for her attention to detail and willingness to constantly grow.

Rachelle van Wyk – Payroll Assistant
Rachelle is our Payroll Assistant with a love for coffee. She has a great appreciation for the supportive and encouraging environment at Technibook. She is a person who solves a problem in a way you can’t understand. Rachelle never asked to be the best payroll assistant but here she is absolutely crushing it.

Shi-Ann Brown – Financial Strategist & Team Builder
Shi-Ann Brown is very focused and passionate about what she does. She enjoys walking “the extra mile”, never fails at a new learning opportunity. Implementing new learning opportunities and strategies energises her! She loves working with clients and getting to know them and support them on their business journey. Financial statements are an absolute passion for her, enjoying a good challenge. She likes working with the Technibook team in its comfortable and reliable environment as she grows in her God given talents. She started at Technibook on the 13th of August 2023.

Suhane Kruger – Virtual Accountant & Marketing
Suhane joined Technibook in June 2023 starting her career in the accounting industry. Even though she is still relatively new to the industry she excelled exponentially to do complex sets of accounts. She has got a vested interest in leadership, growing in this direction and assisting clients beyond expectation. Her disciplined and structured way of dealing with people, processes and systems give security and peace to clients.

Tiaan Fölscher – Virtual Accounting Manager
Tiaan started at Technibook in 2021 and heads up the Financial Hub department, assisting clients with their daily bookkeeping while implementing the supportive financial administrative structure. After traveling and serving at a mission organisation, he developed a passion for business and helping bring order in financial admin departments. Under his leadership there was rapid growth and in 3 years his department grew to a staff component of four people!
Financial Hub is an exciting product within Technibook, improving internal policies, procedures and systems to ensure that clients can receive “In Time their Business Story” the core of Technibook’s strategy.
He is currently enrolled to complete his CIMA Diploma to further his knowledge in the accounting field. Tiaan enjoys working at Technibook as it provides a safe learning platform, while working in a family based business culture, operating in strong Christian values.

Velmarie Kruger – Payroll & HR Manager
Velmarie joined Technibook in 2022 starting her career as a Payroll Assistant working her way through into leading the HR & Payroll Department. Velmarie excelled in leadership, executing her role and responsibilities with diligence as she attends to requirements, deadlines and details in managing the department. She values her team’s commitment and attention to clients’ requirements, always walking the extra mile ensuring a dynamic and healthy environment!
